A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Little Beats is committed to protecting the privacy of families, parents, and children who participate in our sessions and use our website. We handle personal data with care, transparency, and respect, especially when it concerns minors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal information.

PRIVACY POLICY - Data Collect

We may collect the following information:

Parent or legal guardian name

Email address and contact details

Child’s first name and age (for group planning purposes only)

Booking and registration information

Photos and videos taken during sessions (with consent)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to run our sessions safely and effectively.

Data of Children (Minors)

Little Beats activities are designed for young children and always involve the presence or responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

All personal data related to children is provided by and managed through their parents or legal guardians. We do not collect data directly from children.

Photos and Videos (Media Use & Consent)

During Little Beats sessions, photos and short videos may be taken for documentation, promotional, and communication purposes (website, social media, flyers).

By participating in a Little Beats session, parents or legal guardians confirm that they have the authority to grant consent for images or videos of their child to be used.

If you do NOT want your child to appear in photos or videos, this must be clearly indicated in the event registration form or communicated in writing before the session begins.
We fully respect this choice and ensure your child will not be included in published media.

Images are used respectfully and never in a way that could harm or identify children beyond the context of the activity.
